At Coexist Berlin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to meet our quality standards.

  Ship to Berlin

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or our local Berlin flagship store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
